Shape It

A fast-paced arcade reflex game!

Shape It is a reaction-based arcade game where your brain and reflexes are constantly put to the test.
A prompt appears at the top of the screen — COLOR, SHAPE, or PATTERN — and a piece appears in the center.
Your job is to press the correct button based only on the prompt, ignoring everything else.

If it says SHAPE, ignore color and pattern.
If it says COLOR, ignore shape and pattern.
If it says PATTERN, ignore color and shape.
Choose fast or lose a life!

Shap It was originally created to be played with physical buttons, as shown in the image below. The project was part of a university course focused on alternative controls, where the goal was to design experiences using non-traditional interfaces.

Un juego arcade de reflejos.

Shape It es un juego arcade de reacción donde tu cerebro y tus reflejos están en prueba constante.
En la parte superior aparece una consigna — COLOR, FORMA o PATRÓN — y una pieza aparece en el centro.
Tu tarea es presionar el botón correcto basándote solo en la consigna, ignorando todo lo demás.

Si dice FORMA, ignorá el color y el patrón.
Si dice COLOR, ignorá la forma y el patrón.
Si dice PATRÓN, ignorá la forma y el color.

Shap It fue creado originalmente para ser jugado con botones físicos, como se muestra en la imagen de abajo. El proyecto formó parte de una materia universitaria enfocada en controles alternativos, donde el objetivo era diseñar experiencias que funcionaran con interfaces no tradicionales.
